( I finally got an idea XD )

Chapter 1

" Ok, you want to know my story? you want to know how i got into the Akatsuki? Fine, but it's not a normal tale at all, so shut up and listen. " You listen closely as she starts her tale.

I walked through the forest, cold and alone. I looked around despretaly, hoping to find someone, anyone, who would take me in. You see, i was alone. Had no parents or anything. I had fended on my own in the woods but i had been attacked by an evil trio of ninja. They forced me from my home and my food, i didn't care were i went now, i was alone. I truged through the forest in tattered clothes, i heard noises of rustling leaves behind me and turned to see what it was. but i tripped over a log and hid in the shade of it. after a long while i got up and tears streamed my face, i hated being alone. I forced myself to wipe away the tears and keep moving. I tripped again, my legs were crying in pain, My whole body was. I crawled to a tree and leaned aginest it, i felt cold. i knew this would be the end, i was hungry, cold, and alone. I laid down and drifted into half sleep, i then heard voices but was to weak to open my eyes or even speak. I felt my body lift and move through the trees. Someone was taking me somewere, but it didn't matter as i drifted into a deep sleep.

Chapter 2

I blinked awake and saw i was still in the forest but in a clearing, many people were there. It was fuzzy tho, i could see one turn toward me. He had an orange mask on, covering his face. " Your awake now? " I blinked more to see that he also had black spiky hair and i kept blinking, i was alive. " i guess i will go tell pein that your awake. " I heard leafs rustle and he was gone. i looked around, things were neat and tidy. Not anything like i thought people lived in the forest lived like. In a few moments many people came into the clearing. One was the one with the orange mask, another one looked like a plant and then the last one had many face percings, i shuddered. The orange masked one said " this is pein, he is our leader " I looked at pein and bowed slightly, and thought, he must be in pain, or maybe a little crazy. i looked up again and pein said " This is tobi " he motioned to the one with the orange mask. " and zetsu " He looked at the one with the plant sorta one, then back at me. I asked " why are you being kind to me? why arn't you like the others and try to kill me? " I wanted to know. He said " i want you to join us, we have few members but i see that you are special and your eyes show that you have felt lonelyness. " I blinked and nodded, remembering the lonelyness of being alone. " yes, my parents died before i was born. i have lived on my own ever sense " He nodded and replied. " what is your name? " I stood up and said " I'm tori " They glanced at each other and nodded, pein looked at me " then for now on you will be called Tori of the Akatsuki. " I nodded, honnered to have them take me in. Tobi handed me a black robe with red clouds on it, i blinked. " you put them on " I nodded and went off to change, i came back in the robe. i have to admit it looked great on me. I smiled as we walked off to their home, excited to be somewere i belonged.

Chapter 3

We came to an old house, looked as if tho it had been empty for years. I blinked but they went inside, i followed. When we entered the house was actually very cozy, old, but cozy. We said nothing as we went down into what looked like a lair, more people were in it. Pein said " this is itachi and kisame " He glanced at the one with the black hair and the blue one with gills. itachi looked at me with black cold eyes, they were different eyes than the others. Kisame looked at me to, but with a more... settle look. I bowed and they nodded to me, then they looked at pein. " who is she? " Itachi asked, pein replied " She is tori, now part of the Akatsuki " Kisame and itachi looke at pein for a long moment before saying " we need to talk to you pein " They walked into another room, pein followed. I watched them leave and i heard tobi say " don't worry tori, kisame and itachi are just unhappy by new people. they will get use to you. eventually " I nodded and i saw another person walk into the room and tobi said " Hi diedara-sama! " Diedara looked toward us and i saw him twitch slightly " hi tobi " Tobi followed diedara around until they both went off to town, i think. I smiled and looked around, the Lair was tidy. I was partly suprised. Pein came back and showed me my room, it was very nice. They left me alone and said that i needed to go to bed soon. I had cleaned up a bit and went to sleep, i had dreams of my old home but they were good dreams, happy dreams. Not what i had for a while, i calmly went to sleep that night. Happy with what happened.

Chapter One:
11/28/07
As the sword came out, blood was pouring horribly out of the wound. If I lose any more blood this could actually get to the state where it’s bad for me to move on. Jack thought. The stabber was a little girl that was being controlled by a demon. Well I can’t hurt the girl I mean what can I do to stop her. Jack was just about to give up when she saw a drop of blood coming from the corner of the little girl’s mouth. The girl was dieing and Jack new it, at that moment she took all her strength and lunged at the demon. In one blow the demon was no longer alive. The girl fell on the floor with a *thump*and Jack ran over to her. The girl wasn’t breathing.
All she could see was crimson red everywhere. There was screaming in all directions, and in the middle of the commotion was a girl with long black hair and crimson red all over a tan night gown. The people were…… “WWWWake up people and look at the sunshine. It’s partly cloudy at 78 degrees with a slight chance of rain….” The radio screeched with the daily news. Jack awoke with a jolt and almost hit her head on the low ceiling. Jack is an average 12 year old girl but she has a horrible secret. She just got reassigned to a new school do to a “military” condition. She has planned everything out in precise accuracy. She has done this routine since she was born.
Though now her life will change forever. Jack brushed her teeth, got dressed, while making breakfast. She heard thumps coming down the stairs and then a big yawn. “Good morning…Jack…” said Kyo.
“Mornin’ Kyo.” She replied. He shuffled toward the counter top and sat down at one of the tall stools. “What you want for breakfast?” She asked in a polite and perky way. “Anything that is cold… I was so hot last night! Why is it so hot during fall?!” “Comin’ right up!” After a few minutes of shuffling around the kitchen Jack came back with some ice cream and choclate fudge. With excitement Kyo said “Thanks” and started digging in. “Bleh! This tastes weird…” Offended Jack argued, “Well what do you expect from low fat sugar free ice cream?” “Hmmf…” He replied.
Kyo is 13 years old and lives with Jack in an old abandoned hotel on the outskirts of Tokyo, Japan. They were surprised that it was in such good shape when they found it. Most of the time when they move they have to have big jobs to pay off those taxes on apartments and pay for groceries. But there is a huge garden in the back which they use for herbs and vegetables. Jack is a wonderful cook. She cooks breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Kyo helps out a bit by picking the herbs and vegetables.
Another thing about this beautiful hotel is that there are lots of rooms. Three floors with like 40 rooms on each! They are thinking of starting a business called Oyasuminasai. It means Good Night.
They have been together since Jack could talk properly. They know each other better than brother and sister. They know this routine better than the people who made it. Many years ago Jack was only 2 years old when her parents were killed by an army of low level demons. Her parents could have fought off the demons but they wanted to protect her. Now she thinks it is all her fault.
Kyo on the other hand, his parents abandoned him when he was 3 years old. He hated everyone who he encountered. He thought they all felt sorry for him, so he hated them for it. At the age of 4, he found a girl that was just like him in a way. That was Jack. They then stuck so close together that they were best friends. Year after year they celebrated there meeting. On December 4th of each year they make a big feast. This year well… they aren’t going to have that big of a feast.
“Hey it’s getting to be that time huh Kyo?” Jack asked.
“Yah. Man, 9 years hasn’t it been?” He replied. “Yes your correct.” Jack stated.
Later that day they went out shopping for clothes because they would be starting school the next day. “Oh look at this uniform Jack!” Kyo said. Jack took one glance at the school uniform and replied, “I have to wear THAT?!?!” Kyo said in a teasing voice, “Oh yes. The school requires us to wear them during class.” That gave Jack an idea.
When they got home, Jack put away the new clothes that smelled like starch, and then went into the back for their daily spar. Every day Jack and Kyo spar to see where their “limits” are. All vampires have limits. When you lose to much energy or blood, they go into survival mode. In that state, they go to the nearest person and drink their blood.
After an hour of sparring something happened. Kyo dodged her kick but didn’t noticed the knife. The knife went right through his shoulder and he was losing a lot of blood. He tried to fight it but had no choice. He went into survival mode and took Jack’s neck. She didn’t mind the pain because this has happened countless times before. Kyo finished up and apologized. “It’s ok I have plenty of blood to offer and it was my fault anyway.” Jack said in a sweet and caring way.
It was dark out and they went to bed. The night sky was the perfect black. She wished it was like this on the special day. Jack had that same dream as the night before.

Chapter Two:

11/29/07

The girl in the nightgown was crying. On the outside she was emotionless, but her heart was drenched with sorrow. It hurt like a million bombs set off inside her heart. Like a thousand needles were poked through. She cried out, “It hurts, It hurts mommy, It hurts daddy! I can’t take it!” And with that she slowly fell to the blood soaked floor.
“Jack wake up! Your gonna be late for school!” Kyo yelled. Jack, shocked, sat up as fast as she could and found out she was bare naked. Kyo, blushing looked away and ran out the bedroom door. Jack still completely red, got up, locked the door, and hurried to get dressed. When she got downstairs she found Kyo with a buttered toast in his hand. “Here you go and hurry up!” He said.
As they walked to school, they saw people dressed in the same uniform as theirs’. It looked like they were from the school they enrolled in. “Hey do you guys go to Misiko Middle?” Jack asked. They paused for a moment and who seemed like the ‘leader’ of the group replied, “Yeah. Are you the new kids?” “Yah, we just enrolled. So what kind of a gang do you have here? Some kind of sport? Let me guess….rollerblading?” Amazed and dazzled they all stared at Jack. “Well am I wrong?” Jack said in a pleased voice because she knew she was correct. “How the Hell could you possibly know that?!” The leader replied. “Lucky guess. May we join your gang? We aren’t in any clubs or anything and I know y’all get competition. Well if your answer is yes than meet us in the skate park right after school.” Jack insisted. “Ok if you’re that persistent then we’ll be there. 4o’clock ok? Oh and by the way my name is Irene.” Irene said. “K see you there!” Jack called back to her. They were now at school.
What a busy place it was. Every one stared at them, well mostly at Kyo, and mostly the girls. It’s true Kyo had great looks, and a great body, but this is ridiculous. Jack thought. Still the girls were whispering and gossiping. “Kyo.” “Yes Jack?” “What schedule do you have?” Jack asked due to jealousy. “Well let’s see….Homeroom: Mukisu Shunni, Second Hour: Science, Third: Home economics, Fourth: Language Arts, Fifth: Lunch, Sixth: Art, and Seventh: Math. Why do you ask?” He asked in return. Jack surprised answered, “Well we need at least three hours together to ensure no demons attack the school, and to inform each other on the status of our data. One in morning, lunch, and last period. I’m surprised you’d ask a question like that Kyo.” They are in their new homeroom now. And Kyo replied as they stepped into the classroom together, “C’mon Jack you should know me better by now….” The whole class stared at Jack and Kyo. Embarrassed Jack asked, “Umm….Is this homeroom 3b?” The teacher looked curiously at them and replied, “Yes. Are you the new transfer students?” The teacher sounded sweet and caring. Jack a bit less nervous said in return, “Yes. I am Jack and this is Kyo.” They both turned and bowed to the class. All the girls did a little yelp while watching Kyo and all the boys got the hots for Jack as well. “Yes now tell us a bit about yourselves. I bet the class would like to know also.” Jack in a polite manner stood tall to the class and spoke, “I am Jack and this is my acquaintance Kyo. We own a Hotel on the outskirts of Tokyo. It’s name is Oyasuminasai. We live in the hotel, and for money we sell the vegetables and fruits from our garden. Kyo here is an expert in Jujitsu and he is my pupil. I’m 12 and he is 13. We live alone and make our own money. We are not poor and we won’t except donations, we have plenty of money. The hotel is in business so be sure to stop by sometime.” As Jack smiled all the guys in the class went gaga. “Well, it seems the class has taken a liking to you.” The teacher said in a teasing voice. Jack blushed and the guys all went gaga again.
Jack and Kyo sat in two of the empty seats not too far apart from each other. Kyo was greeted by four guys and two girl surrounding him. On the other hand, Jack was greeted by ALL the guys as the other girls were jealous. “Ok class, now that we have all greeted our new classmates please introduce yourselves. Your name, where you were born, two hobbies, and how old you are. Ok first up Akino.” A small but handsome boy stood up and started to speak, “I’m Akino Mirakube. Born in Kyoto, Japan. I rollerblade, and draw. I am 12 years of age.” He sat down as he glared at Jack. She blushed. He winked.
After all the greetings were over, It was time for second hour. Jack walked directly to the room without asking for help. Well, she is a vampire. She saw beakers and glasses perfect for science. “Welcome to science, enjoy!” A teacher with beautiful long red hair and a shapely body greeted the class. Jack stood in aw at the spectacular teacher. After a while she sat down in an empty seat be the window.
As the school day came to an end, Jack and Kyo rollerbladed over to the skate park. Irene and the others were already there, and it seemed as if a BIG group gathered for their performance. Jack quickly got into her old team uniform and started to tear up the skate park. She was grinding and flipping with elegancy as if the concrete bent for her and only her. Kyo quickly joined in as if to get some attention off of Jack. He wasn’t half bad himself. He twisted and turned like a snake. In fact he looked like a snake on rollerblades. Nothing could stop him or Jack.
After about an hour of rollerblading, it was getting dark. Jack asked Irene and the others if they had a place to stay. Embarrassed they replied no and explained their story. They all lived in an orphanage, when it burned down, a lot of the employees died. No one would take them in and they had no money. They made money by doing rollerblading shows and they made quite a lot.
After Jack heard the story she offered them to live in the hotel. Each of them had their own talent in business. I’ll mention those later.
When they settled into their new home, Jack and Kyo went into the woods to spar. They didn’t tell them what they were doing and left them to the house.
Jack and Kyo were in the middle of sparring when the group found them. They didn’t know they were being watched and continued their spar. The group was astounded at their inhuman speed, and decoding. Jack fainted in the middle of an attack and Kyo immediately stopped and caught her. Jack couldn’t control herself. She woke up her demonic medium and bit Kyo on the neck. The group stared in fear as blood was pouring down Kyo’s body. As Jack was drinking her eyes were pouring over. She was crying. She never wanted to hurt Kyo and now she couldn’t stop. Kyo’s face was filled with pain. So were the others’.
Jack finally had enough blood to slip out of the survival state, as she did so she hugged Kyo. Kyo blushed, apparently he had healed already which was expected. He stopped blushing in time for the hug’s end. He stared at Jack for a moment until, he pulled her in to a long heart filled kiss. Jack, startled, excepted the warm kiss and enjoyed it to the fullest. As it seemed for ever the kiss lasted only a few seconds, Jack was overjoyed. The group was speechless, first vampires, now lovers? What a wacky pair.
